We do not have a store front, but if you live in the Greenville/Spartanburg South Carolina area you are welcome to pick up your orders to save on shipping costs. Please schedule an appointment pick up at least 24 hours in advance. Sorry, we cannot take walk-in orders.

Vickey and Melissa are our Product Tech Support contacts for candle making supplies, soap making supplies, lip balm tubes, lip balm flavor oils, candle making fragrance oils, candle scents, soap scents, etc. They are qualified to give you help with questions on the products we carry, assist in troubleshooting problems, and give tips & ideas whether you're a beginner or expert. They receive a large volume of email and phone calls, so please be patient if you don't get an immediate response. Product Tech Support is available from 9 am - 4 pm (Eastern) Monday through Friday, but your emails and phone calls may be returned during "off" hours.
