Candle Dye Flakes
Candle Dye Flakes are wonderful candle dyes to get those deeper, vibrant colors in your soy candles and paraffin candles. To make medium shades it only takes .15% to .25%; for pale and pastel shades .1%. One ounce of candle dye flakes will color approx 25-45 lbs. of wax depending on the type wax you use and the desired shade of color. (Candle dye flakes are varied in size and shape. The easiest way to measure them is to crush them up and measure in 1/8 tsp or smaller measuring spoons. If you do not want to crush the candle dye flakes, you can use a scale that measures in grams.)
Customers who purchased candle dye flakes also purchased candle making supplies, candle wicks, candle wax, wholesale soy wax, and candle fragrance.
Candle Dye Liquid
Color your Candles with Premium Liquid Colorants
Premium liquid candle dye packaged in user friendly containers for easy candle colorant! Amber glass bottles with a screw top glass dropper provide no mess, no waste, and no fuss. Highly concentrated one ounce bottle of candle dye will color approx. 150 lbs. of wax and over 200 lbs. of gel, depending upon desired shade, for easy candle making. Each color can be made into different shades by simply adjusting the usage amount - this works well to coordinate your candle scent, candle oil and candle fragrance oil with just the right color shade. After extensive testing, we feel this liquid candle dye is premium quality from the highest respected manufacturer in the business for candle making supply. These candle dyes are very concentrated and have a slight odor - the odor will not affect your finished candles. Suggested use in gel candles to use toothpick swirls of colorant until desired shade is achieved; using 1 drop in a lb. of gel is too much.
Customers who purchased this candle supply product also purchased fragrance oils for candle making . View our popular candle scents.
Tip: Use Golden Yellow for making pie crusts.
Tip: To lengthen shelf life if your liquid dye becomes too thick, add a drop of mineral oil and shake well.

We carry a range of candle wicks for a variety of candle making projects which require pre-tabbed, pre-waxed (primed wicking) and unwaxed wicking. Fluorescent Color Diamonds
Now you don't have to purchase more candle colorant than you need. Our color diamonds are available in sets of 5!
Important note about using fluorescent diamond color chips. These color chips are pigments and not dye. When using these to make chunks or candles, you must strain the wax to remove the excess pigment. Excess pigment will clog the wick in candles and prevent them from burning properly. To strain the pigments, place a coffee filter in a strainer and pour your colored wax through it into a different pour pot. If you are adding fragrance to the wax, do so AFTER you have strained it.
