Just measure out the number of ounces you need, add 2% fragrance oil and mix, then simply pour into your spritz containers. You do not need water based fragrance oils. Works with most fragrance oils and essential oils - no additional surfactants or preservatives are needed. NOT FOR USE ON SKIN!
	Reed Diffuser Base Oil - VOC Compliant Our custom formulated Reed Diffuser Oil Base has been designed to provide maximum scent with your reeds. VOC compliant. Simply blend your favorite fragrance oil or essential oil with diffuser base, insert the reeds and wait for the fragrance to permeate the room. Typical mix ratios are between 20% to 40% fragrance oil and 60% to 80% reed diffuser base, but you may wish to experiment with other ratios. MSDS
	Refresher Oil Base Our Refresher Oil Base mixes completely with all fragrance oils. Use this base with your scents to make potpourri refresher oil, liquid potpourri for use in simmering pots, light bulb right oil, and incense sticks & cones.
